Kilanava Legal Office was founded in 2007 by lawyer Tamaz Kilanava. This date is associated with the appearance of a legal office on the Georgian legal market. Tamaz Kilanava graduated from Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law in 1982.

In 1983-1986, he worked as a lawyer at the Tbilisi Kalini Factory and the Academy of Scientists of Georgia.

In 1986-1998, he worked as an arbitrator of the State Arbitration of Georgia and as a judge of the Supreme Arbitration Court of Georgia.

In 1999-2005, he worked as a judge of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal.

In 2006-2009, he was enrolled in the reserve of judges of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal.

Since 2007, he has been the founder of Kilanava Legal Office and a lawyer of general specialization.

He speaks Georgian and Russian languages.
